2. We confirm the details
Our team checks the requested style, size and expected delivery timing.
3. Your order is prepared
Once the details are confirmed, your item moves into fulfilment and you receive an order update.
4. Dispatch and tracking
Your item is quality-checked and dispatched. Tracking is shared when the parcel is on its way.
If an item cannot be confirmed
We will notify you promptly and issue a refund to the original payment method. Please contact us before ordering if you need a piece by a specific date.
